Having recently graduated from college, I’m excited to embark on my career as a software engineer. I chose to study computer science and subsequently pursue a career in software engineering because I'm fascinated by the idea of using technology to change the world. There are endless possibilities and ideas to explore, and I can’t wait to leave my mark!
Work Experience
Fortunately, I have had the opportunity to experience both perspectives, so to speak. I have served as a tutor, imparting my knowledge to others and aiding them in comprehending the introductory subjects of programming and problem solving. Additionally, I have worked as an intern, gaining insights from seasoned experts in the field.
Worked on a Scrum team and participated in all aspects of the development process from sprint planning to implementation and retrospective. Full-stack development in .NET Core, PostgreSQL, and React.
Explained fundamental concepts of Java and C# including object-oriented programming, inheritance/polymorphism, multi-threading, loops and conditional expressions, recursion, file I/O, and other critical concepts. I also offered real-time assistance to students working on programming labs/projects.
Education
I attended Kennesaw State University (KSU) because of their great Computer Science program. I thoroughly enjoyed my time as a student in the College of Computer Software Engineering (CCSE), and it did an excellent job of preparing me for a career in the field. Additionally, I joined the KSU Journey's Honors College and graduated as an honors scholar.
